Our Mission

Our Mission

Our non-profit organization’s goal is to provide scholarships to graduating seniors interested in STEM or STEAM programs and single parents returning to school. We do not charge for our presentations, but will accept donations or honorariums. We also raise money for our scholarships by selling Tuskegee Airmen memorabilia before and after our presentations.

Our Vision

Our chapter holds fundraisers to provide college scholarships to any qualifying local graduating high school senior and single parents returning to school, planning for careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math (STEAM), the military, or aviation. The Youth Legacy encourages the next generation of leaders to participate in the chapter and continue to make history. They are an auxiliary of the chapter that gives presentations and youth-oriented fundraising events at which volunteers can earn Community Service hours for school by assisting in the planning, logistics, and execution of the events. The youth legacy is entirely operated by the youth members.
